Following standardized operation rules in daily use can effectively reduce safety risks, extend the service life of equipment and reduce operation costs.

Before starting the forklift each time, operators should first complete a full pre-operation inspection. First, check the remaining power of the lithium battery. It is not recommended to start operation when the remaining power is lower than 20%, to avoid sudden power failure during operation that affects work progress or causes safety accidents. Next, check whether the brake system works normally, whether the tire pressure meets the operation requirements, whether the fork arm has deformation or crack, and whether the warning light, horn and other reminder devices can operate normally. If any abnormal condition is found, it should be reported to the management personnel in time for maintenance, and it is forbidden to operate the equipment with faults.

During the operation of the lithium forklift, operators should strictly follow the rated load range of the equipment, and do not overload or load the goods partially to avoid the forklift tipping over. When driving in the warehouse area, keep a safe distance from surrounding shelves, goods and pedestrians, slow down when turning, and avoid sudden acceleration or sudden braking. When driving on a slope, keep the side with the goods facing the high end of the slope, and do not turn or park on the slope at will. Operators should fasten their seat belts throughout the operation, and do not stretch any part of their body out of the driving cab to avoid collision injury.

After the daily operation is completed, the operator should park the forklift in the designated non-obstructive area, lower the fork arm to the ground, pull up the hand brake, turn off the power supply and lock the vehicle door. Clean up the dust, debris and spilled goods on the body in time to keep the equipment clean. Regular maintenance should be arranged according to the use frequency of the equipment, including checking the connection status of the lithium battery interface, checking the wear degree of vulnerable parts such as tires and brake pads, etc. It is forbidden to disassemble the lithium battery without professional guidance to avoid safety accidents such as short circuit.
